Class Policies: Classes are appropriate for ages 12 and up. Please refrain from wearing perfume or scented lotions. Feel free to bring an apron if you like. Wash your hands upon entering the kitchen. There is a restroom in the kitchen. Please advise me of any food allergies or sensitivities. I will try to make accommodations for everyone. Space is limited, sign up soon!
Cancellation Policy: Refunds are available up to 2 days before a scheduled class, but not after. If I cancel a class, full refunds will be issued.

My daughter had asked me to find her a cooking class but it was understandably hard to find a celiac-safe child-friendly class. I’m so glad we found you and 100 Bowls. Thank you for welcoming her and including her in your cooking. Finally, a place where she did not feel singled out as difficult and I didn’t have to worry if she was safe to eat at every bite. She loved it all so much. As a momma, you know the struggle is real to guard our kids against all the popular and “cool” processed foods so easily available to our kids. It was great to show my daughter an example of like-minded people trying to stay healthy by respecting and nourishing our bodies. Thank you also for creating a warm, friendly, positive, healthy, community-building class.

I made the Butternut squash soup last night, and it is likely one the best soups I have ever tasted. Even my wife agreed. It was really fantastic..........Chris L.
