September 8 - A Day in the Life of an Anti-inflammatory Diet - Let's take back your health and lower inflammation using food as medicine. It's completely possible as I have done this and hundreds of my clients have as well. You'll learn how to shop, source and prepare a healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner that can quell inflammation in the body. Menu: Chia Pudding (2 ways), Lunch Bowl, Fish Stew, Strawberry & Lime Mousse SOLD OUT
October 13 - Condiments, Dressings & Dips (V)- Storebought condiments are filled with high fructose corn syrup, preservatives and loads of sodium and sugar. Learn how to make your favorite condiments like BBQ sauce, cashew cream cheese, basic salad dressing formulas (including a delicious Green Goddess), and Honey Mustard. Plus, we'll make a legume-free, Zucchini hummus that everyone will love! Plus, learn how to read food labels and what we should be avoiding when it comes to condiments.
November 10 - Healthy Take-Out - I know it's super easy to make a call, place your order and have dinner delivered in 30 minutes, but you have no control over the ingredients, the inflammatory oils and the additives. I'll show you how to make your favorite take-out meals and we'll chat about what to order if you do order out. Menu to include Pad Thai, Maki Rolls, Grain-Free & Dairy-Free Pizza.
December 8 - Smoothie & Elixir Magic - Green smoothies are ok, but they're not really my jam. What is? Elixirs! These magical drinks have superpowers that can boost your immunity, energy and some even have cancer-fighting properties! I'll show you how I make my Winter Smoothie and a couple of warming elixirs that beat those expensive coffee shop concoctions any day!

Classes are recommended for ages 12 and up.
Weather policy: If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund. If you find it unsafe to drive, your registration will go towards a future class.
You must cancel within 3 days of a class to receive a refund.
A minimum of six is required to run a class and a maximum of 14 is allowed.
Classes are mostly tastings and not full meals.
Please refrain from wearing perfume or any personal care product with fragrance.
Walnuts, cashews and almonds may be included in some classes. If you have specific allergies, please let me know before you register. NO peanuts will be used, however. All food is gluten- and dairy-free, low in sugar and mostly local and organic.
