The biggest underlying theme that I have found in my work is that women do not value themselves enough to put the work in for themselves and their own health. We are all so busy taking care of everyone and everything else that we are last on our own lists. We are all looking for a quick fix to our health and unfortunately, there are none. Getting healthy, creating new eating habits, and creating real long-lasting change takes time. Our health and our lives can not be an inconvenience. We have to make ourselves and our health a priority. I help people learn to transition their health and their lives when they are living life with health challenges.
