45-50 minutes
Serves 2-4
2 dozen chicken wings
Salt, pepper, paprika, ground ginger, olive oil
Honey BBQ:
½ cup prepared BBQ sauce & 1 tsp raw honey, stir together
Hot Wings:
I like Frank's RedHot Sauce
Preheat oven to 400°. Place chicken wings in a large bowl. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, paprika, ginger and a dash of olive oil. Toss to coat. Place onto a baking sheet. Put into a 400° oven for 45-50 minutes, turning once, midway through cooking time. When cooked, remove and place half of the wings in one large bowl and half in another bowl. Pour BBQ and honey over the wings in one bowl and the hot sauce in another bowl. Toss to coat the wings.
