Store-bought dressings are full of rancid, inflammatory oils (like soybean and canola), as well as high fructose corn syrup and preservatives. It's super simple to make a homemade dressing. This one is a true crowd-pleaser!
Serves 6.
•6 tbsp EVOO
•3 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
•1 tsp Dijon mustard
•1 minced garlic clove
•Juice of 1/2 lemon
•Pinch of Celtic sea salt and pepper
Place ingredients into a mason jar and shake vigorously. Alternatively, you could whisk in a bowl, but I love the jar!
