Kale, Blueberries, and Cream                                
1 c fresh/frozen blueberries
1 c water or unsweetened almond/hemp/coconut milk
1 tbsp coconut oil
1-2 tbsp ground flax/chia seeds
Handful of kale or another green of choice
Splash of vanilla extract
1/8 tsp cinnamon
Stevia to taste (optional)
Ice (optional)
Blend till smooth!
