Culinary Nutrition Cooking Class Schedule


Cindy Santa Ana, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Culinary Nutrition Expert, will be leading these classes.

You'll learn how to use food as medicine that also tastes amazing! Every recipe uses organic ingredients that are dairy-free, gluten-free and sourced locally. Vegetarian (V) as noted.


The class is from 11:00am - 1:00pm; $60 per person, located at 100 Bowls of Soup, 279 Sunset Park Drive, Herndon VA 20170


Saturday, May 13      Salads-to-go & Homemade Dressings  - 11:00am - 1:00pm  


We'll make several salads in this fun, hands-on class that you can make and take home with you. Plus, we'll make 3 dressings that are full of healthy, healing fats and herbs. Plus, I'll show you how to massage your kale for better tasting salads and nutrition. Menu: Taco Salad, Fruit & Nut Salad, Greek Salad, Kitchen Sink Salad
Bring 3-4 mason jars with you to make and take your salad. Gluten-free and Dairy-Free, all organic and nutrient-dense. Vegetarian options!

AutoImmune Protocol Diet - 11:00am - 1:00pm

This class will focus on foods that heal for specific disease. AIP foods are GF, DF, soy-free, sugar-free and usually nightshade-free, BUT very delicious. I'll show you how to make delicious meals when you need a specific diet to heal your body. We'll discuss how this diet can help put autoimmune disease into remission, diet and lifestyle recommendations and supplements to consider. This is one JAM-PACKED class!

Menu: Breakfast is a Sweet Potato Hash, Lunch: Nori Salmon Handroll with Avocado, Snack: Liver Pate on Cucumber, Dinner is Beef Tacos in Lettuce Cups, Dessert: Gut Healing Gummies

Class Policies:
Classes are recommended for ages 12 and up.
Weather policy: If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund.
You must cancel within 3 days of a class to receive a refund.
A minimum of five is required to run a class and a maximum of 12 is allowed.
Classes are mostly tastings and not full meals.
Walnuts and almonds may be included in some classes. If you have specific allergies, please let me know before you register. NO peanuts will be used, however. All foods are gluten- and dairy-free.
