Culinary Nutrition Cooking Class Schedule

Cindy Santa Ana, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Culinary Nutrition Expert, will be leading four exciting and fun cooking classes this fall.

Registration begins now!

You'll learn how to use food as medicine that also tastes amazing! Every recipe uses organic ingredients that are dairy-free, gluten-free and sourced locally. Vegetarian (V) as noted.

Classes are from 11:00am - 1:00pm; $60 per person, located at 100 Bowls of Soup, 279 Sunset Park Drive, Herndon VA 20170

                                Learn why gluten-free is important, how to avoid it and discover some great baking tips while we make some delicious holiday favorites!

Pick Your Class

Class Policies:
Classes are recommended for ages 12 and up.
Weather policy: If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund.
You must cancel within 3 days of a class to receive a refund.
A minimum of six is required to run a class and a maximum of 12 is allowed.
Classes are mostly tastings and not full meals.
Walnuts, cashews and almonds may be included in some classes. If you have specific allergies, please let me know before you register. NO peanuts will be used, however. All food is gluten- and dairy-free and mostly local and organic.
