Hands-on Class (V) – It’s almost spring and these raw plant foods will help you cleanse out any toxins and give you energy. This class is about learning how to incorporate more plant-based foods into meals. You’ll learn how to roll your own veggie sushi and make delicious spring rolls. You'll learn why it's important to add sea vegetables to your diet. Recipes include: Sweet Potato Arame Salad with Ginger Dressing, 5-Minute Miso Soup, Veggie Maki Rolls and Veggie Spring Rolls with Almond Dipping Sauce. (Vegetarian) $60 pp
Class Policies: Classes are recommended for ages 12 and up. Weather policy: If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund. You must cancel within 3 days of a class to receive a refund. A minimum of five is required to run a class and a maximum of 15 is allowed. Classes are mostly tastings and not full meals. Cashews and almonds are included in some classes. If you have specific allergies, please let me know before you register. Learn the basics of fermented foods, why they're crucial in our diet and how to make them. We'll make kombucha and fermented veggies. Everyone goes home with their own special fermented project!
