You'll learn how to use food as medicine that also tastes amazing! Every recipe uses organic ingredients that are dairy-free, gluten-free and sourced locally. Vegetarian (V) as noted. Therapeutic Healing Foods - A Day in the Life of the most powerful and healing foods to resolve disease and inflammation. I'll discuss how these foods help our bodies to heal and regenerate.
Our menu: Chia Parfait, Quinoa Buddha Bowl (hands-on), Butter Chicken and Chocolate Avocado Pudding. Quick recipes to get you through the day, designed to keep you full, balance blood sugar and hormones.
All recipes are 100% gluten- and dairy-free! Mostly demo-style class with tastings and a hands-on portion.

Sat., May 13: Summer Salads and Homemade Dressings - Using local produce, I'll show you how to create show-stopping, healthy salads that are also great on the go. I'll teach you how to do the "Salad-in-a-Jar" technique for busy days!
Sat., June 10: Auto-Immune Protocol Diet - What is it? How does it help and what can I eat to resolve autoimmune disease? All of this will be discussed and we'll cook up a day-in-the-life of AIP foods.
Classes are recommended for ages 12 and up.
Weather policy: If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund.
You must cancel within 3 days of a class to receive a refund.
A minimum of five is required to run a class and a maximum of 12 is allowed.
Classes are mostly tastings and not full meals.
Walnuts and almonds may be included in some classes. If you have specific allergies, please let me know before you register. NO peanuts will be used, however. All foods are gluten- and dairy-free.
