Culinary Nutrition Cooking Class Schedule

Cindy Santa Ana, Integrative Nutrition Health Coach and Culinary Nutrition Expert, will be leading this class.

You'll learn how to use food as medicine that also tastes amazing! Every recipe uses organic ingredients that are dairy-free, gluten-free and sourced locally. Vegetarian (V) as noted.

The class is from 11:00am - 1:00pm; $60 per person, located at 100 Bowls of Soup, 279 Sunset Park Drive, Herndon VA 20170

Therapeutic Healing Foods - A Day in the Life of the most powerful and healing foods to resolve disease and inflammation. Specific Menu is coming soon!

Class Policies:
Classes are recommended for ages 12 and up.
Weather policy: If a class is canceled due to inclement weather, you will receive a full refund.
You must cancel within 3 days of a class to receive a refund.
A minimum of five is required to run a class and a maximum of 12 is allowed.
Classes are mostly tastings and not full meals.
Cashews and almonds may be included in some classes. If you have specific allergies, please let me know before you register. NO peanuts will be used, however. All foods are gluten- and dairy-free.


Basics of Fermentation
April 1, 1:00-3:00pm; $40 per person

Learn the basics of fermented foods, why they're crucial in our diet and how to make them. We'll make kombucha and fermented veggies. Everyone goes home with their own special fermented project!

Class Policies:

Tastings are provided and you will go home with a mason jar of your own fermented vegetables.
