Ingredients

2 cups of Mixed Nuts, seeds and dried fruit (use raw, unsalted nuts)

1/2 cup of coconut oil

1/2 cup Raw Cacao

1 Tbsp Raw Honey



Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together and flatten in a bar pan. Place in fridge for 4 hours. Cut into squares. Keep stored in fridge.
